Coshelly Steading
Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house.
It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields.

Description
The property was converted from animal pens to accommodation during 2020. There are two bedrooms with black out blinds at the windows (we have very long days in the summer here in Aberdeenshire). The living room area is right next to the kitchen area and is open plan. There is underfloor heating, which keeps it cosy during the colder weather.
You’ll have access to the whole cottage; also to the utility room between the cottage and the house. There is a small patio with table and seating.
I live in the house attached to the steading via a shared utility room. I am generally around and always happy to help.
The bathroom does not have a bathtub but does have a shower with excellent water pressure. There is a baby bath and high chair available.
